I received my Master’s degree from The University of New England. I'm trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), therapeutic approaches that address bothersome memories and experiences affecting your current situation. I'm also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I’ve been married 39 years and have three grown sons, three daughter-in-laws and seven grandchildren. My approach focuses on identifying physical cues, recognizing thoughts, considering consequences, implementing solutions, choosing behaviors, and promoting progress and resolution. I'm skilled in helping clients achieve breakthroughs in depression, anger, anxiety, PTSD, relationships, substance and behavioral addictions by identifying what is contributing to your mental unrest.
