I am licensed psychologist in New York with 30+ years of professional experience helping people as a therapist, coach, teacher, attorney, consultant, and Human Resources professional. I received my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and my PhD in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. I have experience in helping clients struggling with depression, stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem and confidence, and many other issues. CBT, REBT, Humanistic, EFT, Interpersonal, SFBT, ACT I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy. I understand the importance of building trust and rapport with my clients, which allows them to show up authentically and experience change. I pride myself on creating a therapeutic environment where I am seen as casual, approachable, and genuine. My goal is to meet clients where they are, employing a direct but compassionate eclectic style to effect positive change.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
