Hello! As a board certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to stability. I've practiced for 4 years and have narrowed my focus to working with the Adult/Geriatric populations (18+) that are struggling with anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorder, dementia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, and insomnia. My approach to mental health can be described as open-minded but enthusiastic. I believe that the client and provider relationship should be that of a team as it relates to medication management and being an active listener is key to facilitating that. I look forward to working with you and assisting you on your mental health journey. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and to understand your mental health goals. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing. We’ll work together in the sessions that follow to achieve your goals and overcome your life hurdle's.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
