Ryan Grace
I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Georgia State Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Fordham University with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. My work focuses on empowering clients to liberate themselves from maladaptive beliefs and patterns that often act as barriers to personal growth. Culturally competent, identity inclusive, and emphasizing trauma-informed care, I aim to create a safe and brave space that allows you to fully explore your presenting concerns from issues of identity, intra/interpersonal relationship issues, work related stress, and more. I also have personal and extensive professional experience working with issues related specifically to the BIPOC and LGBT+ community, as well as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. As we work together, I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My goal is help you gain a fresh perspective on life, and help you take back your power. We start with identifying how you want your life to look, and then identify what changes can made and what it will take to get you there.
