My name is Sabah Ali, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University in 2014. I have been practicing therapy since 2014. I love to make my client feel the most comfortable as possible ,without feeling like they will be judged. I do not sit back in session and just listen. Instead, I connect with compassion, friendliness, and humor. My style is interactive and growth-oriented. I like to listen attentively to my client's needs with close details. I believe that you are worthy of everything that brings you happiness and deserve to be treated with great care. I love to meet new clients! In the first session, I want to get to know who you are. My first session starts with an empathetic curiosity for clients to safely explore the unbearable and shameful parts of life. Many things can stifle a client's ability to experience life fully. Therefore, I ask questions to understand the ways in which you feel stuck, so you can live a more connected and meaningful life. The sky is the limit. I want to ensure my clients always work towards their evolving goals.
