Sabina Klein
When we experience trauma, we are often left feeling alone, misunderstood, invisible, and unsafe, even within ourselves. Through the process of therapy, we can regain hope, connection, safety, and understanding of ourselves and others. I use wide-range of evidenced-based modalities, from psychodynamic and CBT to EMDR and somatic therapies to decrease the emotional reactivity, tension, and isolation that trauma can create. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, trust-filled space in which you can show up fully as yourself. My goal is always to work myself out of a job, and I hope you leave our time together knowing yourself, your strength, and your resilience. My role isn’t to tell you what to do but rather to support you in crafting your most fulfilling life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of concerns, including complex trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and ODD. With training in feminist and multicultural theories, I counsel from an anti-oppressive lens and have spent most of my career working with the LGBTQ+ community, women, chronically ill clients, and immigrant populations.
