After obtaining my master’s degree and becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have worked therapeutically with clients in a variety of settings for 12+ years. I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I focus on stress management, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, parenting and women's issues. I am an integrative therapist, drawing on modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused and psychodynamic therapy, to meet clients where they are while helping them grow. I believe that giving clients the opportunity to speak freely with someone who is actively listening with intention and without judgment, is one of therapy's greatest gifts. Seeing a therapist can be a vulnerable endeavor, and I want clients to feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. My goal is to help you build resilience in order to cope more effectively with life's inevitable challenges. I will help you address the barriers from the past and present that are preventing you from leading a more peaceful, fulfilling and joyful life. Progress looks different for everyone, and I'm here to help you with your goals related to mental health and wellness.
