I take an eclectic approach and will use various treatment modalities that meet each clients individualized needs. However, I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure & ritual prevention (ERP) for treatment of OCD/anxiety. I also utilize dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) concepts to support with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal skills, and mindfulness techniques. My clients typically tell me they take away knowledge on various mental health concerns and a range of strategies and tools to challenge those concerns. I provide a warm and validating space with the goal of supporting you or your loved ones to becoming their best self!.
