I like to provide a safe, non-judgmental, relaxed, and warm environment for clients to share openly about their current challenges. I always aim to partner with clients to achieve goals together in a way that feels best. I am also passionate about helping clients gain more fulfillment in life, whether this is improving their relationships, careers, and/or managing a significant life transition. I do have specialized training in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep disorders. My therapeutic framework is a short-term solution-focused approach that teaches clients skills that will address their challenges and help them to reach their goals. I believe that I have the skills that have been proven to be effective for many clients in improving life balance and overall well being. In the first session with patients, my goal is to establish a warm connection and build a positive therapeutic relationship. I aim to learn about what has brought them to therapy, identify goals, and even begin to provide suggestions about possible treatment interventions so that there is a clear path ahead for both of us.
