Hello! I typically work with clients struggling with stress, women's issues and/or anxiety- or clients who are wanting to get extra support with daily or work-related stress. I use a highly effective approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and when appropriate, holistic approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, etc. I wrote my dissertation on stress, wellbeing and self-care. Like to include stress reduction/ holistic approaches when applicable. Self-care is a cornerstone of the clinical work that I use. It truly is my pleasure to help and be a conduit for personal growth. I work via Telehealth where sessions are by typically by video but can be by phone. I am able to work with anyone within California.
