I use CBT, systems theory, and feminist therapy to deconstruct thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. We use what we learn to identify actionable steps and make meaningful changes in your life and find solutions. My approach aims to help you learn and apply new skills and perspectives and renegotiate your relationship with worry, shame, sense of self-worth, need to be perfect, or anything in between. My goal is to assist you with fostering self-compassion and competence in your world; bridging the gap between your life now and the life you want to live.
