Hello beautiful soul, I am a creative arts therapist and coach and have worked as a clinician since 2005 in acute inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment centers, day treatment programs, clinics, and currently in my private practice. In the work that we do together, I am passionate about helping you create real change from within so that you can experience life the way it was meant to be experienced. I specialize in building healthy relationships, attachment challenges, helping partners of addicts, codependency, loving communication, spirituality, and emotional mastery. It is my passion to offer you empowering and customized interventions and practices that will help you feel better about yourself and your life, creating real change. My approach is creative and encourages your own ability to find and know what’s best for you, supporting your ability to live from that place. When working with me you can expect to get to the roots of what may be causing your personal or relational challenges. I help you master your emotional experience and I provide actionable tools to support your process. When we integrate both therapeutic interventions in conjunction with a coaching model, we are able to break through years of struggle, disrupt patterns, and create lasting changes that permeate every aspect of your life.
