As a licensed clinician, I focus on meeting with clients who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and mood disorders. I also help those who just need someone to talk to about life stressors and life decisions. I believe in assisting clients in finding their internal strengths and overcoming stressors. I offer both telehealth and in person options for therapy sessions depending on which you would prefer. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT , Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART) for trauma. I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy for trauma (ART) and have experience working with adults, voluntary, inpatient, court ordered, substance abuse, dual diagnosis and adolescents and children. I focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, coping skills and life transitions. I believe working together, we can overcome these.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
