Sarah Taylor
With a Master's in Social work, I work with populations working through grief and bereavement, perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, medical trauma and illness, anxiety, depression and major life stressors. The modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. I work alongside clients to help them cultivate resilience, gain insight, and embark on a path towards healing and self-discovery. Overall, my approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. By integrating evidence-based modalities like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, I work alongside clients to help them cultivate resilience, gain insight, and embark on a path towards healing and self-discovery. Through therapy, Clients often gain insights into their patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, which can illuminate areas for growth and change. By fostering greater self-awareness, clients are better equipped to make informed decisions, set meaningful goals, and navigate relationships and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Clients can expect to develop practical coping strategies and skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.
