I have worked with people as young as 4 to folks in their 70's. I enjoy working with couples and assisting folks with ADHD, Autism, Anger, Anxiety, Depression. Life stage transition, grief, BPD among other areas. I am open to working with everyone and finding how to assist with their puzzle. I am focused on utilizing the best approach to assist my clients. My basis is CBT and REBT. I am also drawn to humanistic approaches, ACT, and Solution focused. There will be humorous moments as well as challenging moments. Every session we will explore something it might be a small thing or it might be something extremely important. I believe that counseling is individualized and my focus during sessions is about you. As your counselor, I value your input while tailoring my counseling approach to best fit your needs through a compassionate approach. I work with clients who face symptoms of depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, anger, and issues of shame and guilt.
