Hi, I'm Sergio Perez! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Florida and Colorado in a group practice, Mosaic Minds Counseling. My treatment focus is on anxiety, depression, attachment, and ADHD. I received his MEd/EdS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida. I also has experience as a leader in the counseling community, as president of the honor society of graduate student level counselors. I utilize person-centered techniques, with a warm, empathetic, and accepting approach. I am typically non-structured during the session, allowing space for hearing whatever it is that we need to release. However, if a client is desiring a more structured approach and with counseling for ADHD, I am able to provide a more structured approach during the session. Clients can expect to feel understood, validated, and accepted in this warm environment. They will be able to express their feelings more freely and without experiencing judgment .They will notice a reduction in their anxiety and/or depressive symptoms. Client struggling with ADHD with improve in executive functioning skills, concentration/focus, etc.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
