"Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity, it is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity." -Brene Brown. Life can be very difficult, and most of us find ourselves feeling stuck at one point or another. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, or feel a general sense of unworthiness, please know that you are not alone and there is help. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with substance use disorders, disordered eating patterns, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I provide group, individual, and family sessions. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to practice into vulnerability and authenticity. Asking for help takes a tremendous amount of courage. Don't forget to celebrate yourself for taking the time to consider your options! If you are curious about therapy, have any questions, or would like to have a 15 minute video or phone consultation feel free to contact me. Only available for evening and weekend sessions.
