I am a dedicated social worker with a Master’s degree from California State University, Chico. With a strong passion for helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, pregnancy and parenting, employment issues, social and personal stressors, and trauma. I have a vast background in child abuse prevention, perinatal treatment, school social work, inpatient and outpatient programs, and for fun, I was a flight attendant too! I enjoy working with adults going through life transitions. I understand the importance of connection and adaptability, traits that shine through in my compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy. With a commitment to making the therapeutic process enjoyable, I am passionate about serving those facing everyday challenges or significant life changes.
