Prior to becoming a Therapist, I worked in advertising in NYC. I always enjoyed meeting new people, identifying their needs, and collaborating to find solutions that is best for them. I felt a sense of fulfillment helping individuals reach their goals and realized I wanted to focus more on individuals in a therapeutic setting. I left the corporate world and completed grad school to make a difference so I choose Mental Health. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I apply various therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation, to empower clients to change negative thinking patterns and develop practical solutions. By fostering a safe and collaborative environment, I assist clients to help promote self-awareness, and encourage lasting positive change. I have worked with clients from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and racial backgrounds, and as your therapist, I am here to support you every step of the way. I will meet you where you are, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate to help you reach the place you want and need to be.
