I love seeing people change and grow and achieve their mental health goals. My approach to therapy is very solution oriented with many mindful based practices including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, guided meditation, trauma focused therapy, Motivational Enhanced CBT, Internal Family Systems. My goal is to always meet you where you are in your journey and help you get where you want to go. I like to find out the big picture, where you see yourself at the end of our time together so we can create a roadmap to get there through small achievable goals between sessions.

If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
