I have completed Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute and hold a Master Certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy through IS-ART. I offer a unique approach. Primarily using the therapy modalities of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and mindfulness, I help clients experience healing and lasting change. IFS therapy is a non-judgmental process designed to help you identify, understand, heal, and unburden parts, fostering internal balance and well-being. ART is a form of trauma therapy that uses eye movements to help you reprocess distressing memories, reducing the emotional charge associated with them. It typically offers quick and effective relief of distress.
