Hi! I'm Somers. I have been a licensed professional counselor for 3 years now and have worked with treatment teams in the past. I am looking forward to working with individuals that need someone to listen and work toward growth and completing goals. I have worked the past 11 years with children and families of all kinds. While completing my Masters in Counseling I did my internship at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center and gain lots of experience in that area. Just here to help! I am definitely client focused and meet my clients where they are at while focusing on what my clients are wanting to gain from therapy. I want my clients to take away from our sessions a spirt of partnership in mental health. I clients to feel heard and accepted through the therapeutic process as well as gaining the ability to identify positive goals.
