My purpose is to best support you on this journey and provide a safe space for explorations of your emotions that will provide insight, understanding and build self-awareness and acceptance to grow. I work with children, teens, young adults, families and individuals on their anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, career/identity issues, life adjustments and relational challenges. My passion is supporting youth in understanding the hurdles they are going through and add tools that will aid them in the years to come. I have a deep understanding of bicultural upbringing and working with families to support and understand each other is something I strive to do. I am able to provide individual's with space within a group setting and can get creative as to how to approach certain subject matter. With youth I love expressing their creativity through art or play therapy. I work with clients to provide them the ability to create goals and determine a timeline with my guidance. Creativity is something I strive to bring out in my clients as it seems fit to what we are working on. I like to provide individuals with space to explore their needs in order to succeed and reach goals set by them.
