For almost 30 years, through understanding and nurturing, I've helped people live happier lives. Pain has been normalized and we get locked into toxic cycle, then suffer. Learning to love and accept yourself through tough experiences can seem hard to do; but once you learn how to change how you think and feel, the situation else will change too. I also use humor as a healing tool. I have a Marriage Family Child Therapy degree and provide psychotherapy to diverse groups of people from racial & cultural backgrounds, men & women and high profile patients. I specialize in anger management, anxiety, confidence, relationship, sexual addiction, and self-worth issues. I offer a skilled listening ear, a deep understanding of human relations, and keen intuition/insight. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Overall, I help heal and feel better. In my spare time you'll find me hiking or dancing.
