I bring both personal passion and professional expertise to my work as a therapist. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My background includes trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, and holistic approaches, influenced by my prior experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in supporting individuals facing trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, fostering resilience and growth. My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing with holistic methods, including body-mind healing techniques. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their challenges. I tailor my approach to each individual, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth on their healing journey. Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for coping, and a deeper understanding of their emotions and behaviors. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. Sessions focus on building resilience, identifying strengths, and addressing challenges with evidence-based strategies, while integrating holistic approaches to support healing and long-term personal growth.
