My focus is those who are struggling with mental health issues as well as everyday life issues. I also have experience in the following: communication, anxiety, Trauma, depression, personality disorders, life coaching, relationship conflicts, military personnel and their families I use a diverse set of modalities to individualize the therapy sessions , from CBT,DBT, solution based to trauma informed I like to focus on the clients' goals, giving guidance in how they can achieve the lifestyle balance they are searching for.
