My name is Taresa Spade, LCSW. I'm a private practice therapist licensed in the states of HI, CA, WA, MT, MN, and IL. I bring a down-to-earth and practical approach that embraces real-world solutions while attending to deeper healing and empowerment. I focus on helping you find your way through stress and anxiety-based issues, trauma (all kinds), major life change, loss and grief (via death or loss of any kind), caregiver issues, chronic and/or terminal illness, adult ADHD, and familial estrangement. I also provide integrative therapeutic support for spiritual experiences such as NDE's.
