I'm a native of South Carolina. Growing up the middle child of three children, I often took on the role of mediator and counselor for my family. Taking care of people has always come natural to me. When I chose this career, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. I obtained by MSN specializing in Psych/Mental health from Walden University. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South University in Columbia, SC. Our vision is to provide optimal psychological care to members within the community so that they are able to lead more fulfilling lives. I take a collaborative approach to ensure that clients are utilizing all available resources for the betterment of their mental, emotional and physical health.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
