My name is Temilola Esan. I specialize in treating different mental health conditions, My journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing , where I built knowledge and skills in patient care and clinical expertise. I continued with my master’s degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career in nursing for twenty-one years , I have worked in different clinical settings that has allowed me to develop more understanding of mental health care. My approach to providing care is based on collaboration and empathy. I strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe, heard, respected, and understood. I also prioritize establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients because it is core to the healing process. In each therapy session I have with clients, I always actively listen to their concerns, recognize their experiences, and engage with them in developing a treatment plan. In each session with me, clients are expected to walk away with a great sense of awareness and clarity about their mental health. Clients can expect to work on understanding the root causes of their situation, learning helpful ways to cope, and developing resilience to overcome future challenges. Clients can also expect to receive practical solutions to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life. This might include setting healthy boundaries, managing anxiety, or improving communication.
