With over a decade of experience I am dedicated to assisting teens and young adults as they navigate their mental health journeys and life's challenges. My approach to therapy is solution focused and relationship based. I believe that we need to build trust and a meaningful connection to best work together to reach your therapeutic goals. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy techniques to help clients reach their goals. Every individual person has a unique story and needs so my approach is tailored to you. Clients can expect a non judgmental space to openly process their emotions and thoughts.
