She hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University, a Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, and is currently working on her doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy. Tina’s approach to therapy is very systematic in nature. She believes in joining with and becoming one with the family. She is able to do this by drawing from various therapeutic modalities which include Systems Theory, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength-Based Approaches which she tailors' to meet the needs of her clients. Tina, is trained in Adoption Competency, Infant Mental Health, and Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral. Tina’s ultimate goal is to create a safe, non-judgement environment for her clients to be themselves, express and process openly and freely.

If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
