Tracy Francis
I graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor's in Psychology/Sociology. I then graduated from Mizzou with Master's in social work and now am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in mental health for the past 10 years. I strive to help people who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss as well as first responders to name a few. I was an EMT for 15 years and hold those who serve our community in any capacity (fire, law enforcement, medical) close to my heart I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach in therapy. You will gain tools you need to deal with difficult situations and feelings. You will learn new skills and the ability to recognize when to use those skills in order to be most effective. You will be encouraged to identify the supports that you already have in your life and work to add new supports that will allow you to become the best you that you can be. My goal is to help you help yourself. We will take the skills that you already have and will build on them. We will look at things from a variety of perspectives and decide what the best approach is for you. I look forward to watching you grow and graduate from therapy with new found confidence and the skills needed to be the best you that you can be.
