A stronger relationship with oneself results in greater life satisfaction and positive well-being. I am passionate about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and couple this approach with Interpersonal Processes, Whole Self, and Trauma-focused interventions. I believe that the mind and body are connected and lean toward a Whole Self approach by incorporating the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I tend to fold mindfulness, meditation, art, and journaling. This integrative approach results in patients feeling empowered, centered, and clear-minded. They have a better sense of self and improved self-care.
