I am experienced in working with individuals and families learning to better manage symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and culture-related stressors. I have extensive experience in working with survivors and families impacted by sexual trauma. I strive to be authentic and fully present in all of my interactions. My goal is to have you feel seen, heard, and hopeful that healing is possible.
