Victoria Boatwright
Victoria Jutrowski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), as well as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey. She is passionate about making people feel less alone, the destigmatization of mental health disorders, and bringing her own unique approach to a clinical space. Victoria has worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient/outpatient levels of care, ambulatory withdrawal management, and group private practice setting. She is experienced working with adults ages 18+ in all stages of life. Victoria Jutrowski values fostering vulnerability in the safe space of a therapeutic alliance. Her goal is to guide the client to the solutions they already possess within, but just have needed some help accessing. Different modalities are utilized in sessions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused thinking, and/or a trauma-informed approach to meet the client's specific needs. In sessions with Victoria will assist the client on identifying behavioral patterns, negative core beliefs, and triggers that have negatively impacted quality of life. Victoria strives to help the client work towards recognizing values and needs so that self-esteem is increased, and a sense of inner peace can be achieved.During her free time Victoria enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, exercise, and cuddling with her two dogs.
