Sometimes during life's journey, you may need some compassionate, professional, confidential support to make the transition through difficult times more productive. I believe that talking with trained professionals helps alleviate emotional distress by learning better ways of coping, resolving past issues, and improving communication. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to discuss your concerns to change your life for the better. I consider myself an Existential Therapist who also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness tools to help you learn skills to reduce unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while feeling more fulfilled in your life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience where I work with you to develop clear goals and identify new and healthy coping skills. Taking the time and giving attention to working on yourself is worthy of validation. I am here to offer therapeutic support and guidance by helping you navigate your challenges.
