I have been practicing since 2008 and feel blessed to walk in my calling to help others every day. I enjoy working with Veterans overcome trauma, teens deal with overwhelming issues they face today, individuals discover who they are and recover from a variety of life situations, and couples restore faith and love in their marriage. I am dedicated to seeing people rise above their circumstances and become who they were created to be. I use an integrated approach to therapy incorporating my faith in God and utilizing a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, stress management, anxiety reduction, communication skills, anger management, and establishing healthy boundaries to bring about healing, hope, and restoration to individuals who have faced or are facing life trials. I will partner with you to challenge unhealthy thinking patterns that hold you back from becoming your best self and loving yourself as God does. I will be honest, encouraging and supportive as you learn the skills to manage life with confidence. We will work together to gain new insight, find yourself, and achieve goals that we have collaboratively set to accomplish in therapy.
