I am a compassionate, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CRNP-PMH) with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in adults ages 18 and older. I strive to create a safe, empowering environment where clients can openly explore their experiences and make informed decisions about their care. I am committed to conducting thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations and working closely with my patients to tailor treatment plans that align with their unique needs and preferences for care, fostering learning, healing, and growth. My approach to providing care is holistic and collaborative, taking time to support clients through discussion of not only their mental health symptoms, but also important aspects of their bio-psychosocial history. I ensure thoughtful consideration is taken before making any diagnosis of a mental health disorder and recommendations for treatment, including medications and other non- medication interventions for wellness and healing such as psychotherapy. I help to guide my clients in identifying and working towards their treatment goals, while being attentive to clients throughout their journey to evaluate their response so that care can be adjusted to meet their individual needs. Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I focus on helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their mental health experiences and the treatment options available to them, all within a safe space where they can ask questions, express concerns, and make choices aligned with their personal goals. Throughout their journey, clients will feel informed, curious, and safe as they explore medication options, monitor treatment response, and work to incorporate therapeutic interventions to promote healing and wellness.
