I love what I do! While working with me, my goal is for you to feel the compassion and respect I have for your bravery in making the decision to embark on your counseling journey. My life experience and professional background lead me to the decision to pursue a career in counseling. I earned a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with a certificate in Substance Use & Addiction Counseling from Antioch University here in Seattle. Knowing how to support your child through life’s developmental stages with its uncertainties can be challenging. In therapy, we will work through these obstacles by exploring foundational relationships from your family’s history, dynamics, and impactful experiences. Side by side, we will develop communication and coping skills your family can use to become its own best resource. As your therapist, I will support you and your family with unconditional positive regard and advocacy. Goals are to deepen your understanding of your sense of self and greater self access.
