Psychotherapy is a valuable tool to help us examine our internal selves and relationships to achieve a more fulfilling and meaningful life. It is also effective in relieving the pain and suffering from specific psychological symptoms caused by depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulty, among others. I provide mental health counseling for clients of all ages and backgrounds. I also provide evaluation and counseling for schools, immigration, family court, and criminal court cases. As a therapist, I comply with the federal confidentiality law and the code of ethics so that clients can feel secure and comfortable discussing private and painful issues. In addition, I respect clients’ perspectives and offer treatment plans that they can agree with. My goal is to treat clients’ psychological pain and relieve symptoms through therapies. My role, as a therapist, is listening to the clients without bias and devoting myself to their growth and well-being. With over 20 years of ample clinical experience, subject matter expertise, and understanding of bi-lingual/multi-cultural backgrounds of my clients, I will be your trusted advisor for your journey of healing.
