I have over ten years of experience providing mental health services in a variety of settings. I specialize working with, Gen-Z and Millennials who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational struggles, attachment wounds, and life-transitions. I also work with individuals and couples throughout pregnancy and post-partum. I use several therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs, including psycho-dynamic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. My approach is rooted in empathy, offering you a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and develop practical tools for handling life’s ups and downs.
