Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I Have a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Professional Counseling from the University of Oklahoma in 2019. I have experience helping families, children, teens and adult individuals from different backgrounds and walks of life work through Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and difficult life situations. As a Person-Centered Therapist. I am passionate about creating a Therapeutic relationship with you, I want to create a safe place to help you process your thoughts, feelings and emotions well as find and learn skills to help you create and find safety and connection in your Life, with yourself and others. I will work from your strengths and life experiences to help you achieve the therapeutic goals we create together. My goal from each session as your therapist is that you will feel seen and heard and that you will have a therapeutic environment for you to process what you are carrying or needing to work through. As your therapist I will let you guide me where you want to go therapeutically, we can stay in the present or process your past. I believe each client knows themselves best and I am here to listen, reflect and explore what you are needing at that moment.
