POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking to add core marketing competencies to our small team with an experienced Marketing Manager to own the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.


We need a generalist, growth-minded marketer to lead and execute targeted marketing strategies on the B2B side of the business, where we provide best-in-class training content for behavioral health and healthcare provider groups and organizations as well as non-healthcare employers. This marketer will also have the interest/ability to lean in on the B2C side as needed, applying core marketing concepts to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and conversion on our new behavioral health care navigation platform.

You have an understanding of the mental health industry and have proven expertise in delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive growth.

You are a strong writer, have experience managing and executing marketing campaigns, and possess a keen understanding of and preference for B2B content marketing. 

You are well-versed in (and even prefer) working on very small teams (even one-person marketing teams) and have experience executing the strategies and tactics you also help create. 

This position is intentionally broad; we all wear multiple hats. You’re an even better fit for this role if you can also show experience in quality graphic design execution as related to marketing. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Create, execute, and monitor B2B marketing campaigns across various channels to drive demand, engagement, leads, and sales. 
  • Demand and Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to grow our B2B opt-in database and funnel through both inbound and outbound channels and methods, including website, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, etc.
  • Marketing and Sales Content Creation: Help produce high-quality written and visual content that supports marketing efforts, such as white papers, assessment tools, blogs, videos, case studies, webinars, etc. 
  • Social Media Management: In collaboration with Marketing and Content teams, create, curate, and manage the content for B2B and B2C social media channels to build a strong online presence and community engagement. Oversee management and posting across all social media channels.
  • SEO Strategy and Implementation: Contribute to development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist internal staff and agencies in driving digital marketing efforts through website content management, SEO, and paid digital advertising campaigns. 
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, email campaigns, website assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of post-college full-time experience in a B2B marketing role (e.g., digital marketing manager, content marketer, marketing campaign manager, etc.) crafting marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Preferred experience
  • mental/behavioral health  or healthcare industry 
  • marketing for workforce training solutions, tech-enabled education solutions, etc.
  • Strong understanding of B2B content marketing concepts and strategies 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution channels
  • Proficient with inbound marketing software (e.g. HubSpot) and concepts
  • Proficient with email marketing applications (e.g., SendGrid, HubSpot) and engagement metrics
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Prior experience with digital media design work (graphics, video, audio)
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Solid project and task management skills
  • Ability to work independently to plan, organize, and set/achieve priorities related to day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear attention to detail

The actual base salary for the chosen candidate will depend on various factors, such as job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and geographical location. We are a startup; it is rare for someone to be hired at the higher end of the pay range for their role. Psych Hub compensation decisions are made based on the specifics of each position and candidate.
