POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hunter-oriented new business sales executive to join our team and take charge of generating new revenue. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, cultivating relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The role will be responsible for the full sales cycle from identification, engagement, qualification, pricing, contract negotiations, through deal closing. 



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare products and services, and/or in sales to government-funded entities.
  • Familiarity with state and federal government priorities concerning mental health and behavioral health initiatives and funding sources. Knowledge of behavioral health issues and trends related to the provision of behavioral health services is a plus.
  • Consultative selling skills: Ability to advise decision-makers on integrating Psych Hub solutions to align with government or grant requirements and initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse network of client/prospect decision-makers with deep experience in behavioral health from various perspectives.
  • Proficiency in networking through industry-related associations and events and finding creative ways to connect with prospects and identify opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and influencers.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and entrepreneurial: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Self-starter with early-stage experience and a drive to make things happen.
  • Composure under pressure: Maintains objectivity and poise in challenging situations.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Willing to travel as needed


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Be creative and tenacious. Must be able to plan, execute, and iterate consistently to drive sales outcomes. 
  • Leverage your network and proactive outreach skills to uncover new business opportunities for Psych Hub.
  • Promote and champion Psych Hub, demonstrating extensive knowledge of our products and services and providing informed recommendations to clients.
  • Manage your pipeline and monitor your sales performance using our CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking progress towards targets.
  • Initiate and propose innovative ideas for enhancing revenue generation and operational efficiency.
  • Forge strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs, ensuring alignment with Psych Hub's offerings and capabilities.

Ideal candidate:

  • Federal/State Government, or Health Care selling experience. 
  • Experience managing and selling to entities who are primarily funded by state and federal grants in the healthcare space. Ideal candidates will have a track record of leveraging expertise to effectively align our services and products with grant requirements and end user needs.
