I strive to help high-functioning individuals to rediscover their inner strength to overcome their trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. I work with clients to help them challenge the thoughts holding them back. I implement a variety of therapeutic techniques to fit the needs of the client. I also use music and guided meditations to facilitate self-understand, along with providing tools they can use at home to help deal with stress, anxiety and depression. My main focus is to empower clients to better enable them to understand what is in their control and how they can make positive changes in their life. Reaching out for help is always scary because you do not know where to start or what to expect. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
