I love incorporating modalities such as Acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help yourself and others the opportunity to win the struggles that you have with yourself every day. Whether that be past or present trauma experiences, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, ADHD, personality disorders, OCD, or relationship issues. Together, we can identify and explore what it is that is causing you psychological pain and learn what skills/strategies will help provide you with the ability to not let life struggles/stressors cause you distress.
