I use a variety of approaches depending on individual needs, and realize that no singular approach is right for everyone. As my client, you are treated in a safe, warm atmosphere without judgment so you can feel free to be open and express yourself at your own pace. I will work with you to identify your strengths as well as core negative beliefs that may be holding you back. Together we will find new ways of approaching situations and dealing with uncomfortable emotions so you can break free of old behavior and thought patterns. I also offer mindfulness and hypnotherapy to interested clients.
