I am a Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health field for 7 years. I work with women ages 18-35. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and other evidence-based treatments to adults with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, stress, eating disorders, depression, and relationship problems. I try to build on an individual's strengths and individualize therapy to each person's needs. I believe therapy can help individuals most effectively use their resources to increase self-understanding, to improve decision-making, to solve problems, and to create paths to the lives they want. I use mindfulness training to help clients live in the moment, with a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach. I look forward to starting the journey of change and self discovery with each person I work with and I cannot wait to meet you!
