My practice offers respectful support, guidance for all people from all different walks of life. I received my BA from Boston University and my MA from Lesley University both degrees are in psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the highest level of license, independently licensed in the state of Arizona, LPC 14575. I offer only teletherapy visits. I am trained in evidenced based methods to provide psychoeducation and effective interventions that have been proven to decrease symptoms of mental health diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, personality disorders, body image related disorders, gender dysphoria. I am adept with providing individual. I work with LGBTQ population as well. I use a Humanistic and Holistic approach, which basically means that I believe people have the ability to heal and are inherently good. Mental health symptoms can interrupt a person's life, however, depression and anxiety are highly treatable. You are not alone and there is help that can provide hope and a sense of empowerment.
