I have spent most of my professional career working with women, LGBTQ+ folx, and sex workers who have experienced various forms of abuse throughout their lives. I help people navigate difficult patterns in relationships, coping skills, wellness goals, boundary setting, and exploring what you want to be different in your life. I see my job as walking alongside you on the path to meet your goals! I'm open, nonjudgmental, creative and work to create a space where you feel heard and affirmed. I tend to work best with people exploring old patterns in relationships, "what's next," and ways to step into their more authentic selves. I firmly believe you are the expert in your own life and you hold the solutions. My job is to help you uncover what you want and help you learn new strategies in order to get there. My hope is that when you work with me you find yourself in a safe, open space to safely explore all aspects of yourself and work to build a life that's right for you.
